Gabriela E. Constantine has over 30 years of insurance industry experience, having held positions in underwriting, consulting and claims fields before joining Risk Management International, Ltd. and its predecessor companies in 1992.

EDUCATION
Gabriela earned her Master's Degree in Economics from the Academy of Economics Studies in Bucharest, Romania in 1979. Then years later, she received her Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter designation. In 1990, Gabriela obtained an Associate in Risk Management and in 1992, an Associate in Marine Insurance Management. Gabriela is also Licensed Property, Casualty, Employee Benefits, Life & Health Insurance Consultant.
In 1987, The International Rescue Committee recognized Gabriela with the First Liberty Award for Outstanding Achievement as a new American.
