Gabriela Elena Constantine brings more than 40 years of insurance industry experience to her role as Executive Vice President and Risk Management Consultant at Risk Management International, Ltd. With the firm since 1991, she advises businesses in Real Estate, Construction, Retail and Wholesale, Manufacturing, Distribution, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals. She specializes in helping clients navigate complex insurance and risk management issues through objective advice, technical expertise, and dedicated client advocacy. 

Gabriela’s work includes identifying business exposures, designing insurance programs, evaluating coverage options, and developing risk transfer and loss control strategies. She also reviews insurance and indemnification provisions in leases and contracts, conducts comparative insurance market analyses, and develops certificate review and control programs.

Gabriela has extensive expertise in property and casualty, marine, directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, professional liability, cyber liability, fidelity, crime, and kidnap and ransom insurance. 

Before joining RMI, Gabriela held underwriting positions with Royal Insurance Company, Crum & Forster Commercial Insurance, and WM. H. McGee & Co., following her early career at St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company. This background shaped her analytical approach and ability to develop practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs. 

Gabriela holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania, and has also earned the designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter CPCU as well as Associate in Risk Management and Associate in Marine Insurance Management designations. 

In 1987, the International Rescue Committee honored her with its First Liberty Award for outstanding achievements as a new American.
